VW Mk4 Golf TDi 1.9PD (130BHP) 2004 120k Miles spares or repairs

Mk4 TDi VW Golf with the 1.9PD engine (130BHP) with 120K miles, no MOT. Car has been off the road for 8 months. Damage to the underside of the front has left the radiator loose and leaking, power steering is not working and the lower part of the bumper missing.

Other than a couple small scrapes the car is other wise fine. Has been sat still for 8 months but will start and run with a new battery.
