Terraclean Flush in May 2017. New Clutch, Water Pump and Timing Belt at 127,000. I bought this car as a stop gap when I decided what I wanted for my next car, this I have now bought. This is a good solid VW Mk4 Golf with lost of service history with a good strong reliable engine that has been looked after by me and the previous owners. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT A SHOWROOM QUALITY CAR!
This car has done 131,000 miles and it is in perfect mechanical condition. Whilst the bodywork is good, apart from some slight bubbling on the N/S/F Wing (See Pictures), it will not win best in show and has some marks and scratches as signs of it age and use. However, that being said this is a good car in looks for its age and standard. Interior is generally good and has been looked after. Rear seats hardly look like they have been sat in! Drivers armrest shows some signs of wear on the corner (please see pictures) but other than this the interior is of a very good standard. The car has two faults. The drivers side mirror no longer works on the electronic stalk, you can adjust it with your hand. The Alternator Belt sometimes squeals on full lock, I have another belt in the boot but have not got round to change it.
