My Golf gt tdi mk 4 6 speed manual. Not perfect but very good. This car has been maintained regardless of cost and is well capable of taking you from Lands End to John O Groats and back again now at at least 56 mpg. None smoker and uses no oil between changes all it needs is a good clean inside.
