VW GOLF BORA MK4 1.9 TDI PD150 ARL FMIC HARD PIPE INTERCOOLER BOOST KIT H0218. Front Mounted Intercooler Hard Pipework Kit. Fits ALL VW Golf Mk4, Bora, ARL PD150 Engine. This Intercooler Pipework Kit replaces all those famous boost leak hoses that come on the car from factory. This kit is a must for any ARL PD150 standard or mapped car. It is designed to be used with the standard Front Mounted intercooler on the 1.9 TDI ARL PD150 Engines or the S3 Intercooler modified to fit. The hard Pipe Kit also eliminates the problematic clip connectors that come on the VAG. Note you will be required to use the oem O rings (which are not supplied with the kit). All the silicones included in the kit may require slight Trimming to suit your set up, These are left long to take in to consideration tolerances between cars.
