Volkswagen Golf Mk 4 1.9 TDI
I've owned this for 5 Years and in that time it's been a very reliable car. Unfortunately mid last year it was put into a Category N due to someone hitting the passenger side front bumper. But this was very minimal and just needed a New Headlight and a brief repair of the bumper which has been done to the best ability but with the good intention of being able to be continued to be driven on the road legally. There is Also a small rust mark on the passenger wing but only a small area.
However it's still in fair health and recently had the following. New Front Brake Pads And Discs. Cambelt and Waterpump and Auxillary Belt and Tensioner (Nov 19).
New Front Bilstein Shock Absorbers. Both Front Inner steering Rack Arms and Outer Track Rod Ends. Rear Brake Pads and Discs Were done last May. Recently serviced Including oil and and filter and. New Alternator fitted Last may. Always Run on Shell V Power Diesel. It Does have a Small oil leak from Around the turbo but only slight. This maybe down to the seals but this has done 186k so uts kind of expected.Its never been a major problem. Will be sad to see it go but a new car forces sale.
