Volkswagen GOLF MK4 GT TDI Allard Big Turbo (223+bhp) (2002)
My original idea was to continue to work on the car over the years to come, but unfortunately I do not have the time now. Currently running 223bhp / 350ft lb of torque. Was running 260bhp+ a short while ago but was de-tuned as it was maxing out the injectors.
Since then head stud kit and ARP big end bolts fitted. All it needs is bigger injector nozzles and its ready to go back above and beyond 260bhp! Allard big turbo conversion consisting of turbo, intercooler, pipework, manifold, de-cat and downpipe.
Milltek non resonated exhaust system. Haldex lightened single mass flywheel and clutch (Fitted 2018). Complete silicone water hose kit.
Full Powerflex bush kit front to rear. KW front and rear anti roll bars. Porsche front brake caliper conversion with ECS tuning bell and rotor style discs.
Vented rear disc conversion from R32 Golf. BBS style wheel coloured metallic bronze. (Recently acid dipped and coloured).
Black badges front and rear. MK5 Golf style headlight conversion. Anniversary rear splitter and JOM Airblade front splitter. MOT until 19/02/2019 156312 miles on the clock (used daily). Usual stone chips to front bonnet area, with some minor age related marks around the car.Any questions please feel free to get in touch!
