Working condition turbocharger removed from a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta TDI with the 1.9L ALH engine. Mileage on the turbo is about 60 to 70k miles. The turbocharger is in excellent condition, it's an aftermarket part made by Garrett.

It fits the following vehicles: Volkswagen Jetta, Golf or Beetle 1999.5 to 2003 with the ALH engine ONLY. It does NOT fit any other year model. It does come with the Garrett Honeywell actuator, used but in excellent shape. It's been adjusted to this turbo. It does not come with the oil feed line. Feed line is always recommended to install it new. The oil return line is specific to 2001 to 2003 models, if your car has the other longer one, it can always be installed on this turbo. I left the nut that goes into the engine block and connects the return line to the block, so can possibly be installed on an early MK4 without issues and without replacing the return line. Arm for the vanes moves freely, internals are in good shape. Threads and studs on it are in decent and usable shape. It's a good replacement turbo if you want to fix your car for less, it works normally but it is NOT NEW. It's the same turbo as the GT1749V, or an OEM VNT15. It's NOT a performance part, it's OEM replacement suitable for vehicles which have not been chipped or modified. Please take note that these parts are USED - meaning that they do have some signs of use, and wear, but nothing that would prevent them from performing the job that they were intended for.
