VW Mk4 Golf TDi 1.9PD (130BHP) 2004 120k Miles spares or repairs

Mk4 TDi VW Golf with the 1.9PD engine (130BHP) with 120K miles, no MOT. Car has been off the road for 8 months. Damage to the radiator that is now loose and leaks, also power steering is not working. Lower part of the bumper missing.

Other than a couple small scrapes the car is other wise fine. Although would not take too much to get back on the road. Has been a while since it was started but with a charged battery and some fluid temportally put in there's no reason it wouldn't run.
