VW Mk4 Golf GT Tdi 130 Spares or Repairs
Hey there, this is a listing for my VW Mk4 Golf 1.9 Gt Tdi 130. This vehicle is for SPARES or REPAIRS.. I've owned this car for close to 4 years but it's time for me to move on. This is one of the top spec which includes full leather seats that are electric heated along with cruise control & not to mention the amazing MPG return you get. It's currently at 142k Miles on the clock & the MOT is due to expire in April 2017. It has part service history with many receipts for numerous things on top of this. It's well used and does need work done to it so hence the title of spares or repairs... But I believe this car deserves the attention as it could be a great motor again!
Problems that i'm aware of... The car is getting big pressure build up in the coolant/water system, which is making the car leak coolant once the pressure builds up too much.. It also overheats when under heavy load after driving for 15+ miles..
I'm not quite sure the reasons for this but maybe a suspect head gasket. Other minor issues are the obvious scuffs and a crack in the rear tail light and on the driver door mirror plastic and 1 set of keys...The car heater system only blows cold and mildly warm air and the car boot handle won't currently open. There is also 1 light up on the dashboard which is for the Oil... (Faulty Sensor) as it has been kept topped up. Driving it away would be at your own risk knowing the coolant situation, So I would say towing is more advised.
