Volkswagen Golf GT TDi MK4 1.9 Diesel

  

This was bought as a run around with the view to do some work on, but personal circumstances meant a lack of time and funds in order to do so. The car is a CAT N non structural claim with some damage to the door and front wing. The previous owner had replaced the driver door and all was well. There is however some slight adjustment required where it has left a slight gap so very heavy downpours means some water will drip. Other than the small dent (see pics), bodywork is in good condition for it's age. Sunroof (although needs the wiring checking). Other than the door and sunroof mentioned above, there are a couple of other bits to note. If leaving the plugs to warm up, the car will start first time, if not, it doesn't always. Believe one of the pipes is loose/has a hole as when going full throttle get some black smoke. It did have an intermittent unlocking issue (wouldn't always unlock the drivers first time), and although it seems to have sorted itself out, I do want to mention. Despite the issues mentioned, this is a lovely car when at full capacity and mechanically very sound. Would make a great run around or project car. Cash on collection from Princes Risborough.
