Volkswagen Golf Estate Mk4 1.9 TDI Rare Alloys
Golf Estate 2004 Manual Drive. No longer needed since I have a van.
Drives really well and is a comfortable car Has plenty of power Radio / usb player Water pump and cam belt done last year but can't find the receipt. Roof Rack Mot 31st March 2019.
Alloys are called VW BBS San Marino part number 6Q0 601 025 C and rather rare, look up on. Few points to mention Cv joints and track rod ends replaced a few months ago but driver side cv joint squeaking a bit again maybe needs re greasing , also sounds like a shock mount or suspension mount creaks a bit parking on same side. Brake light sometimes come on, I know this is to do with the front drivers wheel where the cv joint was replaced so think the brake just needs a little adjusting, brakes are good (good pads and discs) but sometimes after initial startup brakes feels a bit'spongey' when you first press the pedal (taking off from idle).
Easy fixes just haven't got the time Starter motor sometimes makes noise on start up Orherwise drives fine with lots of power.
