Mk4 golf gt tdi 150bhp. It has done 166,000 miles but has had a lot of main components changed recently and looks like it has been well cared for.
Drives faultlessly for a car of this mileage. I Brought this a few weeks ago with a blown turbo. I have since changed the turbo (has 12 month guarantee receipt to prove). Cleaned all intercooler and pipes out.
Fresh oil and filter change. And have used it for 2 weeks for my 100 mile a day commute to work and have been averaging 55-60mpg. A little more about the car.
The car has had 5 previous owners. It has been re-mapped no proof of where this was done but can tell it has been done. The egr has been deleted with a dark side developments kit. Car pulls really well and extremely quick.
It has polybushes on the front lower arms and the gearbox mount. Passed mot in December with no advisories.
Inside the car has black heated leather seats. Dab stereo and overall in a good clean standard. There is no rust on either of the front wings or the tailgate around the handle. Body work is in a good standard for a 16 year old car but please dont expect a showroom car. The car has stacks of history. Service history stamped in the book upto 2013 -126,000 miles.
Has had a dual mass flywheel and clutch replaced in December. Had a camshaft kit in 2012 and of course a brand new turbo. As you can see from the photo this car has lots of history and receipts for everything it has had done. The only things I can see that would require replacement. Is just about due a cambelt and waterpump to keep it upto date. And the rear discs n pads are slightly pitted and will require replacing in the near future.
