For sale: Our lovely pearlescent blue VW Volkswagen Golf MK4 1.9 PD. We searched for a long time for this car when we bought it in 2014, it had one previous owner from new, full VW service history with lots of receipts and had been amazingly cared for by the previous owner.
Not abused or messed with, it's OEM+. Perhaps a testament to how well maintained the car has been through the years?

The car is very high spec with working Cruise Control, Climate Control (re-gassed recently and ice cold), Auto-dim rear view mirror,'Bora' full close air vents rare! , Aero wipers front and rear (with bosch blades), Kenwood CD/Radio, dark grey/black'recaro' style seats and interior which still looks great (unlike a lot of the ghastly fake leather seats out there on Golfs of this age). Electric windows all round, alarm/immobiliser, genuine fitted mats and full tool kit in the boot. It's had lots of love during our ownership, and whenever anything has been needed (or sometimes speculatively) we've done it. Car is based in CB24 Histon.

Shines up nicely but does have usual marks for age, I'd say it's above average. There is a small amount of rust on passenger wheel arch. Windscreen has two small chips which I was told were filled by previous owner and never bothered me. Small curb mark on one of the alloys. All fine as far as we know, no crunching of gears, no loss of water, plenty of boost and a very nippy economical/smooth drive.

The best car to drive I've ever owned. Loads of torque and cruises effortlessly at 70mph. It's started first time, every time like a swiss clock.

If you know about the PD diesels, this is the one to go for. All OK, fronts less than rears, as you'd expect for a front wheel drive diesel.
Bought an A4 estate as the family keeps on expanding and cant justify keeping both cars as much as I'd like to! It's not going to hang around long, with this spec and history.
